Please note the delivery service is not a NHS service. Some restrictions to this service apply. Deliveries can only be made to the prescribed address and an individual must be present at the address to receive the prescription.

24hour Robotic Collection Point 24 hours a day 7 days a week How it works: 1. We send you a SMS text message when your prescription is ready for collection. 2. Simply touch the screen. 3. Enter the PIN number from the SMS text. 4. Collect your prescription. You must immediately inform us if your mobile number changes or the security of your phone is compromised. Any uncollected medicines will be returned to the pharmacy for collection in store. The pharmacy reserves the right to exclude any prescription from automated collection. Certain medication forms will not be suitable for collection via the automated service. Your confidential information will be processed and used for the prescription collection/delivery/automated service under the current data protection requirements; this may include sharing with your GP surgery and for record keeping purposes. If you would like to change or withdraw your authorisation at any time for the prescription collection/deliver/automated service, please inform us at the earliest opportunity.
